Living Ohm is committed to creating a respectful, grounded, and supportive experience for every client. The following policies help ensure clarity, mutual respect, and smooth scheduling.
Booking Policy
All sessions must be booked in advance. Appointments are confirmed once payment is received, unless otherwise arranged.
Session availability is limited and reserved specifically for you.
Payment Policy
Payment is required at the time of booking unless prior arrangements have been made.

Cash (in-person sessions only)
Receipts are available upon request.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged the full session fee

Missed appointments (no-shows) are non-refundable
This policy honours the time, preparation, and energetic space held for each session.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session will still end at the originally scheduled time. The full session fee applies.
Session Length
Session times include arrival, check-in, and closing integration. To respect all clients, sessions cannot be extended beyond the scheduled time.
Client Readiness & Responsibility
Living Ohm sessions are collaborative. Clients are encouraged to arrive well-hydrated, rested, and open to their own experience.
You are always free to pause, ask questions, or share feedback during a session.
Scope of Practice
Living Ohm offerings are wellness-based and support relaxation, awareness, and personal insight. Services do not include medical diagnosis or treatment.

Respectful Conduct
Living Ohm maintains a respectful, safe, and professional environment. Inappropriate or disruptive behaviour will result in the session being ended without refund.
