When you join me in person, you’re entering a space that is intentionally slow, welcoming, and deeply respectful of your unique nervous system. My work is guided by listening — to the body, the biofield, and the subtle rhythms beneath the surface. Together, we explore sound, somatic practices, and meditation not as techniques to fix or force change, but as gentle invitations to remember what’s already whole within you. These gatherings are experiential and embodied, allowing time for integration, reflection, and shared presence. You don’t need to arrive with any prior experience — only curiosity, openness, and a willingness to meet yourself exactly where you are.

Reset, Reflect & Manifest

Saturday, February 7th, 2026

Join Michelle for a transformative two-hour somatic immersion designed to help you release deep tension, reconnect with your inner wisdom, and align with the life you’re ready to create.

We’ll begin with a 75-minute Advanced Somatic Reset, using slow, intelligent Hanna Somatic movements to unwind long-held tension patterns and reawaken fluid, effortless motion throughout the body.

After movement, you’ll have time to journal, reflect, and share your insights — giving space for integration and deeper clarity. We’ll close with a guided abundance and vision meditation, helping you clarify intention, open to possibility, and energetically align with what you’re ready to welcome into your life.​

Somatic Renewal

Weekly 1hr class

Tuesdays 9:30 - 10:30 am 

A gentle, embodied movement class designed to unwind stored tension and reconnect you with your natural rhythm. Using slow, intentional techniques rooted in Thomas Hanna’s somatic principles, we retrain habitual tension patterns, soften the nervous system, and restore natural, effortless movement.

 

Each week guides you back into your body through mindful exploration — awakening spaciousness, breath, and a deeper sense of presence. Perfect for anyone longing to feel more at home in their body, reduce pain, and restore balance from within.

I’m so excited to share our Root & Rise Spring Retreat — a gentle, nourishing weekend designed to help you ground, unwind, and rise into the new season with clarity and ease. Held April 17–19 at the beautiful Pine Valley Resort, this retreat is an invitation to slow down, reconnect with your body, and immerse yourself in supportive community as winter gives way to spring.

Throughout the weekend, we’ll explore somatic movement, sound therapy, Nia dance, and guided meditation — practices that support nervous system regulation, emotional release, and embodied renewal. Our days will be spacious and unhurried, offering time to move, rest, reflect, breathe, and integrate. This is not about pushing or fixing — it’s about listening, softening, and allowing your system to naturally return to balance.

Root & Rise also offers something deeply human: shared presence. Time to laugh, connect, and be held in a warm, welcoming group where you can arrive exactly as you are.
